Have yet to go, so probably not! But soon. My regular gigs are weekly down here at Gulfstream Park, and Saratoga for part of the summer. But that's going to expand, now that this is my second business. You go to the Derby every year?
I did go growing up as my Dad had seats at Churchill Downs. He would love your work. He was a retired portfolio manager and a senior vice president at First Kentucky Trust. I shared your post with one of my friends in the horse business. Keep up the excellent work!!!!
Blushing after reading that, thank you. My father was my investing mentor, even though he didn't do it professionally. Thankfully he was able to see my "go pro."
I have some plans in the works to visit Kentucky regularly, once it warms up there! If all goes well, would love to have a HorseClaiming.com day at the races. That's a big part of the effort here - to show people more of a 360 degree view of the sport and the game.
I wonder if we ever stood in line next to each other to place our bets at Churchill Downs on
Derby day?
